50. Cognizance of offences.
- The owner of a Boiler or any person, who works or permits or causes the Boiler to be worked at any time in contravention of these rules, shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act.Form 'A'[See rules 26 and 41]Indian Boilers Act, 1923 (V of 1923)Application for examination of the First Class or Second Class Certificate of Proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineers or for endorsement of certificate received from another State.Division I-Name etc. of the applicant
