Section 15 in Airports Authority of India (Management of Airports) Regulations, 2003
15.
The Competent Authority shall have the power to remove or cause to be removed any person from the airport or civil enclave area if in the opinion of that authority such person's presence is not legitimate and is likely to obstruct the normal functioning of the airport or civil enclave and is likely to endanger the safety of aircraft or other persons.
