Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant him modified pay scale of `1200-2040 with effect from 01.05.1990 and interest on the arrears. In this context, the petitioner has already sent a legal notice to the respondents.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of this writ petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Managing Director of Haryana Tourism Corporation Limited to consider the claim of the petitioner in legal notice dated 14.04.2013 (Annexure P-7) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months after receiving a certified copy of this order.
