Although in the last order, it has been inadvertently recorded that counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.3 who has become respondent no.2, subsequent to deletion of respondent no. 2. The same be read accordingly. Rejoinder thereto has not been filed despite opportunities.
Neither there is any appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 nor any counter affidavit has been filed on its behalf despite opportunities.
