Section 2(xxiv) in The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh (Constitution and Conduct of Business) Rules, 1963
(xxiv)"Secretary" means the Secretary of the Bar Council or any other person appointed by the Bar Council to perform the duties of the Secretary howsoever designated and shall include any person so appointed under the rules.
