Heard learned Counsel for the appellant.
The Appeal is admitted in terms of the following question: "Whether the Appellate Tribunal is right in law and on facts in allowing the assessee's claim for allowing interest expenditure of Rs.13,38,325/ which was disallowed by the Assessing Officer on the ground that the same did not relate to the business of the assessee?"
