26. Deputation of Government employees to water users' association.
(1)The State Government may, on request, depute its employees to a water users' association in such manner as may be prescribed.(2)The water users' association may hire/appoint any person to carry out day-to-day work related to office/field at wages as approved in the form of pay and/or foodgrains.(3)The remuneration and allowances and other service conditions of office bearers as well as of regular employees of water users' associations shall be such as may be prescribed.
