Section 24(2) in Kerala Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1980
(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Trustee Committee or the Bar Council for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to he done in pursuance of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
