Section 12(3)(e) in Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Rules, 1982

(e)if the Head of any Department of Directorate of Government applies to the Controller or to the Appellate Authority for a certified copy of any final order of the Controller or of the Appellate Authority, as the case may be, for any public purpose, a certified copy of such order shall be granted to such applicant on plain paper only, free of cost;
