(7)No recommendations made by the Selection Committee shall be considered to be valid, unless it is supported by a majority of the members present:Provided that in the case of Selection Committee constituted under clause (a) of subsection (5), the presence of at least two experts, and in the case of a Selection Committee constituted under clause (b) of sub-section (5). the presence of at least one expert shall be necessary.
