468. Powers of State Government to notify intention to extend Act to other areas.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the State Government may by notification and in such other manner as it may determine, declare its intention to extend, subject to such modification and restriction, if any as may be specified in the notification, all or any of the provisions of this Act to any other area.B.
