Section 23(a) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
(a)if the demand as due in respect of the supply of or any loan granted for the purchase of seed or manure, upon the crops or other agricultural produce of such member or past member or belonging to the estate of such deceased member, at any time within two years from the date on which the last installment of such supply or loan shall become re-payable.
