Section 13(1) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1996
(1)The Head of Office on receipt of application in Form 1 under sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (3) of Rule 12 shall-(a)initial the Form indicating the date of its receipt;(b)immediately the receipt of Form 1 in Part II of that Form and despatch the same to the applicant;(c)take immediate action to complete Part III of Form 1 and forward the same to the Director Pension after retaining one copy for his record.
