Section 4(3)(b) in The Rajasthan Excise (Grant of Hotel Bar/Club Bar/Restaurant Beer Bar Licences) Rules, 1973

(b)the sanction for grant of licence has been obtained by the applicant by fraud and questionable methods: the [Excise Commissioner] [Substituted by GSR 8, Dated 18.5.1983, Published in Rajasthan Government Gazette Part 4-C, Extraordinary, dated 18.5.1983, page 37 [18-5-83].] shall after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the applicant, cancel the sanction issued for grant of licence and forfeit the fees paid by him.
