(3)The term of office, of and the allowances, if any, payable to the nonofficial members of the Expert Committee, the procedure to be followed by the Committee in the discharge of its functions and the manner of filling casual vacancies among the non-official members of the Committee shall be such as may be prescribed by rules made by the Government under this Act.]X. - Miscellaneous
