Section 29A in Rules for the Grant of Recognition and Aid to Elementary Schools
29A.
No fees shall be levied from pupils the annual income of whose parents or guardians does not exceed Rs. 1,200 a year, subject to the production of certificate in the form prescribed in Appendix 26.
