Section 26(6) in The Export-Import Bank Of India Act, 1981

(6)The provisions of this section shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (8 of 1964), or any other law or any instrument having force by virtue of the said Act or other law.
