Section 36(2) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959
(2)Every employer shall maintain a visit book in which an Inspector visiting the beedi industrial premises may record his remarks regarding any defects that may come to his notice at the time of his inspection and shall produce it whenever required to do so.
