10. Creation or alteration of the limits of Tehsil and Sub-Division.
- The Chief Commissioner may create a new tehsil or alter the limits of an existing tehsil.Provided that if more tehsils than one are created, each tehsil shall form into a sub-division and may, if necessary, be placed under a separate Revenue Assistant.
