320.
(1)Within seven days of the settlement of issues, parties shall file a list of witnesses and pay the process fees along with the travelling allowance, the diet allowance and local conveyance allowance as may be required.(2)If no such list is filed or the required payment is not made within the period mentioned in sub-rule (1), the petition shall be placed before the Judge for necessary orders.
