Section 43(2) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(2)The decision of a Civil Court (not being the Court of a District Munsiff or a Court of Small Causes) on any matter falling within its jurisdiction shall be binding on the parties there and persons claiming under them in any proceeding under this Act before a Tribunal or the Special Appellate Tribunal in so far as such matter in issue between the parties or persons aforesaid in such proceeding.
