01. By this application, transfer of complaint filed by the respondent against the petitioner under Section 500 Ranbir Penal Code CNR No.JKBA03-001727-2018 registration No. 1/2018 titled Sajad Mohd-ud-Din Banday vs. Dr. Amarjeet Singh Bhalla pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class (Munisff), Baramulla to any court of competent jurisdiction at Jammu.
02. While issuing notice on 03rd April 2019, this court had granted stay of the proceedings before the trial court.
03. Time is sought by the learned counsel for the respondent to file the objections.
04. Let the same be filed before the next date of hearing.
