Section 11(2) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
(2)The Chief Executive Officer shall keep a record of the members of the Commission and their addresses. If a member changes his address, he shall communicate his new address to the Chief Executive Officer who shall thereupon enter his new address in the record. If the member fails to communicate his new address, the address on the official record shall for all purposes be deemed to be the member's address.
