Section 12(3)(b) in Shri Guru Ram Rai University Act, 2016

(b)on the basis of the information received by the Visitor, if he is satisfied that any order, proceeding or decision taken by any authority of the University is not in conformity with the Act, Statutes, Ordinances or Rules, he may issue such directions as he may deem fit in the interest of the University and the directions so issued shall be complied with by all concerned.
