Section 2 in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Budget) Rules, 2006
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003;(b)"Annual Financial Estimates or Budget" means the statement of estimated receipts and expenditure of the Commission;(c)"Appendix" means an Appendix appended to these rules;(d)All other words and expressions used in these rules but not defined and defined in the Act shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act;
