Section 26 in The North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) Act, 1971
26. Amendment of Scheduled Tribes Orders.
(1)On and from the appointed day the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 shall stand amended as directed in the Fourth Schedule.(2)On and from the appointed day, the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) (Union Territories) Order, 1951 shall stand amended as directed in the Fifth Schedule.
