44B. Certain settlements deemed to be agreements.
- Where a settlement is arrived at within two months from the date of the completion of any conciliation proceedings, such settlement shall be deemed to be an agreement for the purposes of section 44 and the provisions of the said section 44 shall apply for registration of such agreement.] [Sections 44A and 44B were inserted by Bombay 63 of 1953, section 12.]
