- The following shall be the Authorities of the University, namely;-(i)The [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.];(ii)The Academic Senate;(iii)The Faculties;(iv)The Boards of Studies; and(v)Such other bodies/ as the Statutes may declare to be Authorities of the University.[The Executive Council [Substituted with marginal heading by Act No.13 of 1995.]
