Section 17(3) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(3)The Board may, subject to the prior approval of the State Government, create such posts of officers and employees as it considers necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act:Provided that no officer or employee shall be appointed to any post carrying a monthly salary of three hundred rupees or more without the prior approval of the State Government.
