Section 6A(d) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Courts Case Flow Management Rules, 2006
(d)If interlocutory applications are filed alongwith the plaint, and if an ex-parte interim order is not passed and the Court is desirous of hearing the respondent, it may, while sending the notice alongwith the plaint, fix an earlier date for the hearing of the application (than the date for filing written statement) depending upon the urgency for interim relief.
