51F. Procedure when landholder or tenant collects dues during period of suspension.
- If any landholder or tenant, during any period specified in an order duly made and published under Section 51-D, collects any sums payable to him which such order relates, then all sums payable by him to which such order relates may be recovered from him as if such order had been made.
