Section 12(3) in The Personal Injuries (Compensation Insurance) Scheme, 1972
(3)(a)An employer who wishes to claim a refund of the advance payment made by him to a workman or an eligible member of his family under sub-clause (1) shall, within two weeks of making such advance, make an application in Form E therefor to the Claims Officer having jurisdiction in the area where the injury was sustained.(b)The application referred to in sub-clause (a) shall be accompanied by a copy of the receipt given by the workman or an eligible member of his family in Form D.
