68. Sealing of other packets.
(1)The Presiding Officer shall, after preparation of ballot paper account under rule 67, put into separate packets(i)the marked copy of the voters' list;(ii)the counterfoils of the used ballot papers;(iii)the ballot papers not issued to the voters;(iv)the tendered ballot papers in Form 14 along with their list;(v)the cancelled ballot papers;(vi)any other papers directed by the Commission to be kept in a separate packet.Explanation. - Separate packet shall be prepared for election to the office of Panch, Sarpanch, Member of Janpad Panchayat and Member of Zila panchayat. (2) Each such packet shall be sealed with the seals of the Presiding Officer and of those candidates or their election or polling gents present who may desire to affix their seals thereon.
