Section 20(a) in Pepsu Road Transport Corporation Rules, 1977
(a)is a Government employee and is on deputation with the Corporation, so long as he is in Government service, shall on the recommendation of the Corporation be subject to disciplinary action by the State Government according to the rules applicable to Government employees;
