Section 25(2) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(2)There shall be made every year and entered in the printed register an enumeration of-(a)the total number of persons in the published register;(b)the number of persons registered during the year;(c)the number restored to the register;(d)the number cancelled from the register and the rule under which each such cancellation has been made; and(e)the number removed by death.
