Section 49(iii) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007

(iii)Freedom from Harmful Ingredients. - Toddy shall be free from any ingredient injurious to health. It shall be free from chloral hydrate, paraldehyde and other narcotic, psychotropic drugs like diazepam alprazolam etc.
