Section 3(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure for preferring appeal before the Appellate Authority) Regulations, 2006
(1)A person aggrieved by a final order of an assessing officer made under Section 126 of the Act, may, within thirty (30) days of the said order, prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority.
