Section 36H(1) in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1972
(1)The Chairman shall, at a special meeting to be held for the purpose before [the fifteenth day of December] [Substituted for "the fifteenth day of January" by the West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 1977, section 18(i).] in each year, lay before the Board a budget of the Board for the next Market year.
