(c)The Commission shall make a selection in accordance with the scheme or selection prescribed by the Government from lime to time (in consultation with the Commission). The Commission may hold such test or interview and make scrutiny of thesis or articles, if any, published by the candidate and other certificates and documents as may be considered necessary.
