(2)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor who shall be the Chairman;(b)the Pro-vice-Chancellor, if any;(c)one member elected by the members of the Senate from among themselves;(d)one member elected by the members of the Syndicate from among themselves;(e)one member elected by the members of the Academic Council from among themselves;(f)the Finance Secretary to Government or an officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary nominated by him.(g)The Secretary to Government, Higher Education or an officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary nominated by him.
