Section 7(b) in Bihar Prevention and Control of Agricultural Pests, Diseases and Noxious Weeds Rules, 1955
(b)When an appeal is preferred, a notice shall be sent to the occupier in a registered cover with acknowledgement due mentioning the date, time and place of the hearing of the appeal.
