Section 32 in The West Bengal Standards Of Weights And Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
32. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Controller or any Deputy Controller or any Assistant Controller or any Inspector or any other person appointed under this Act in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
