Section 180(c) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(c)substitute, notwithstanding the provisions contained in section 178, any service privy or service urinal accommodation by connected privy or connected urinal accommodation where there is underground sewerage system, and by septic-tank privy or sep-tic-tank urinal accommodation where there is no underground sewerage system,
