2. Both sides are directed to place on record short notes of their respective submissions not exceeding eight pages each, after exchanging copies with each other at least a week in advance of the next date of hearing. The submissions of the petitioner should precisely set out

(i) the exact nature of the controversy in dispute before the learned Arbitral Tribunal,

(ii) the decision of the learned Arbitral Tribunal qua the claim/counter-claim wise with which the petitioner is aggrieved,
