By the order dated 5th August, 2013, a representative of the petitioners, Mr. Rajeev Kumar, was appointed a member of the three 2 member committee. Mr. Mitra submits that Mr. Kumar has expressed difficulty to take up the appointment.
In that view of the matter, Mr. Kumar is discharged and another representative of the petitioners, Mr. Debasish Dutta of No.143/1D, South Sinthee Road, Block C, 1st Floor Flat No.1F, Kolkata 700050, is appointed as a Member of the committee in his place and stead. List this application on 11th December, 2013. Affidavit in reply may be filed in the meantime.
All parties concerned to act on a signed photocopy of this order upon the usual undertakings.
