Section 12(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Land Revenue (Disposal of Government Lands) Rules, 1971
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-rules (2), (3) and (4) of this rule, the extent of allotable land which may be granted to any one person shall not exceed an economic holding.
