                                        ORDER (ORAL)

By Hon'ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J) At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the directions of the Tribunal passed in the captioned Original Application have been fully complied with, and an Office Memorandum dated 22.01.2026 to that effect has been placed on record.

2. The said Office Memorandum is taken on record.

3. It is expected that the respondents shall release the amount due and payable to the applicant within forty-five (45) days from today.

4. In view of the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, if any grievance still survives. All notices stand discharged.

5. Pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
