In the paragraph at the bottom of page 8 of the order dated November 21, 2016, there is a mistaken reference to the application numbers and the failure to record the number of the relevant suit.
Accordingly, the following erroneous portion : 2
"GA No. 3176 of 2015, GA No. 3163 of 2015, GA No.2313 of 2016, GA No.3165 of 2015 and GA No. 2311 of 2016 are disposed of by passing a decree..."
is replaced by correcting the same to read as follows:
"GA No. 3176 of 2015, GA No.2310 of 2016 and CS No.236 of 2015 are disposed of by passing a decree..."
Let the appropriate correction be carried out in the relevant order.
It is reported by the defendant that an appeal has been preferred from the relevant order dated November 21, 2016.
