Section 24(3) in Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 1974
(3)If any donation is collected, with the prior permission of the competent authority, for any specific or earmarked purpose, they shall be utilised only for that purpose. Balance, if any, shall be credited to the funds of the school.
