Section 12 in Agreement Between The Government of India and The Government of The Federal Republic of Somalia On The Transfer of Sentenced Persons
12. Termination of enforcement of sentence.
- 1. The Transferring State shall promptly notify the Receiving State of any decisions taken in its territory which entails terminating the enforcement of the sentence or part thereof.
